An initial session or interview and assessment (Initial assessment sessions are 60 to 120 minutes in length. Please call for assessment and formal written report quote.) Note: If an appropriate report is available from a licensed, qualified speech-language pathologist for that calendar year, the initial assessment session is not necessary. Initial preliminary recommendations at the first treatment or assessment session in consultation with the client for the following, if and as appropriate, generally consisting of: A completely individualized program based on the initial assessment or other qualified clinician's report, in consultation with parent or client, consisting of....
